Welcome to Relief Society

We are so excited to welcome four beautiful young women into Relief Society this coming month. Nellie Evans, Megan Mansell, Meghan Maxwell and Kimberly Cox are all graduating from High School, and moving on to great things...including becoming members of a worldwide sisterhood...Relief Society. We love each one of them and have had fun getting to know them.

Danielle Evans is graduating from Jordan High School. She will be attending SUU in the fall. She has always loved to read and write and is excited to study writing in college. As a senior in high school, she has discovered a love of political science and is also anxious to learn and study in that field. She is the oldest child in her family and is wonderful with kids and adores her baby cousins (eighteen years younger). She is very smart and liked by everyone. She has a very fun personality and is a great leader. She loves sushi. Her favorite colors are red, hot pink and orange. She is awesome!

Megan Mansell is graduating from Skyline High School. She enjoys school and has earned two academic scholarships for the University of Utah, where she will attend in the fall to pursue dental hygiene or interior design. Megan is very motivated to do the right thing. She enjoys going with friends to do baptisms for the dead at the temple. Currently, she is taking voice lessons and working at Trailside Dry Cleaners. She likes dark chocolate!

Meghan Maxwewll is graduating from Alta High School. She plans to attend BYU in the fall and get a business degree. She loves to bake and would love to own a bakery one day. Her speciality is making and decorating cupcakes (she made 150 for her sisters recent wedding) as well as dipped pretzels. Meghan is a girl with goals in mind, she knows what she wants. She is very bright and organized and helps her mom organize her things too. She is a wonderful sister. She enjoys working out at 24 hour fitness, enjoys soccer and playing on a basketball team. Her mom says she has an unwavering faith (what a great strength). She is her own kind of girl and has her own style which doesn't change with every wind.

Kimberly Cox is graduating from Jordan High School and will be attending UVU in the fall. She is anxious to find an apartment to call her "new home." Kimberly loves to design...both fashion and home. She has a very creative mind and is always making something. She loves to cook, sew and scrapbook, and of course, hang out with her friends. She is especially fond of Hershey cookies and cream kisses, which makes for a great dessert after delicious chicken cordon blue! Kimberly is attending Pioneer Trek as a final farewell to Young Women's...they will be so greatful to have her because of her positive, outgoing, friendly and willing personality. Her favorite color is purple.

Welcome beautiful girls. We know that wherever you are, there will be women/sisters waiting to greet you and love you just as we do. Good luck with all the adventures your lives are taking you on. And anytime you are home, we'll save a seat for you in the Sego Lily Relief Society.
